Medicines
For safety, we cannot take back medicines once they have been delivered, unless:
- you received the wrong item,
- the item is damaged, or
- the item is expired or near expiry at delivery.
Please call or message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
Skin care, baby care and wellness products
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect. An unboxing video is required to claim a return.

- We will tell you how to send the item back or arrange a pickup.
- We check the item when we receive it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders, we will ask for your bank or UPI details.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Call us as soon as possible. Orders containing prescription medicines may be cancelled by us if the prescription is invalid or missing.
