Medicos Plus Pharmacy (“we”, “us”) is a licensed pharmacy (Drug licence no. TN/CBN/21/21B/02761) located at Coimbatore. This policy explains what personal information we collect through medicosplus.com and how we use it.

– Your name, phone number, email and delivery address when you place an order or contact us.
– Prescriptions you upload (images or PDFs). A prescription can contain health information.
– Payment details are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details.

– To process and deliver your order.
– To let our registered pharmacist verify your prescription before we supply any prescription medicine.
– To contact you about your order or your query.
Who can see your prescription
Only our registered pharmacist and authorised staff who need it to process your order. We do not sell your information or use your prescription for marketing.
Sharing
We share your name, phone number and address with our delivery partner only to deliver your order. We share payment information with Razorpay only to take payment. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep prescriptions and order records for [PERIOD, as required for pharmacy record-keeping], and then delete or anonymise them.
